Returns & Refunds Policy
You can return a product to us within 21 calendar days of receiving the item. All clothing must be unworn, in its original packaging with original labels. All prints must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Pictures will be required as evidence for all damaged and/or wrong items, including images of the packaging.
To process a return for your products, please contact hello@motmfootball.com with the following details:
- Your name
- Address
- Product & size
- Reason for return
- Any other comments
Please allow us at least 10 working days to receive and begin processing your return. All returns eligible for a refund will be reimbursed within 5 working days.
All postage and shipping costs for returning an item will not be refunded by Man of The Match Football, unless an incorrect or damaged product is received. Damaged products will be replaced by default.
We do not accept exchange requests. Should you want to exchange a product you must go through the returns procedure for the unwanted product and then place another order for the product of your choice.
Personalised Products
Personalised products are all non refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged. In this case they will be replaced.
Returned Postage Items
In the event that an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you (the customer) will need to pay the delivery fee for us to resend the product/s to you.
